The dates of the NYLT course are: August 6-11, 2007 at Scout A Vista.
NYLT Staff will report to Scout-A-Vista on Friday, Aug. 3rd and will have the 3rd, 4th, and 5th to prepare for camp.
Only a handful of Scouts will ever earn this patch. You could be one of them. However, earning the NYLT Course Patch isn’t the best reason to attend. NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) will give you the skills, confidence and leadership experience to prepare you for life. You will learn what your life vision is. People with a vision become leaders in business, education, government and technology. 
You will experience first-hand how to set goals based on your vision. People with goals achieve success in their endeavors. You will know how to develop a plan to enable to carry out your goals. People with plans inspire those around them to accomplish great things. Leaders motivate others. Leaders generate enthusiasm. Leaders effectively communicate ideas.
