Charter Renewal Dates: are October to November: All Charters expire December 31st, 2006. 

Internet Recharter allows units to insure accuracy in registering their leaders and youth, provides access to online unit advancement update , and all changes are made directly into National's Scoutnet database.

 

Each unit must select one adult to be its renewal processor (RP); this adult must attend the district recharter training, sign for their packet, and will be issued an access code.


Charter Turn In Meetings:
After you have completed entering your new information on-line, you will need to print out the charter and have it signed by the Chartering Institutional Head (IH), Unit Commissioner, and Unit Leader.  Bring the signed charter, applications for new Scouts or leaders and a the appropriate fees to your district's charter turn-in meeting.
