Council Vision Statement
As a team, in order to
be successful, we will work together to accomplish these goals:
-
Achieve the Chief
Scout Executive's Winners' Circle in June.
-
Emphasize top
volunteer recruiting to fill necessary positions at all
levels.
-
Hold quality
special events at the council-level to provide participants
with a top-notch experience and to maximize our return on
our investment of time and effort.
-
Continue to focus
on Hispanic emphasis as a vital part of our target market,
primarily through Soccer and Scouting.
-
Achieve 100% of
Friends of Scouting goals by June 30, and balance the
council budget by December 31.
-
Show council
service to youth and units through timely promotion and
execution of activities and camp operations.
-
Have at least 65%
of top unit leaders trained by year-end.
-
End the year as a
quality council by December 16 with each district as a
quality district.
